Did you miss this form on the page where you reserved your location for the Craft Fair? If so, we will email it to you prior to reviewing your application. A reminder, no reservation is confirmed until all forms are submitted and you receive a separate email from our Craft Fair Coordinators confirming your items are appropriate for sale at our event and you have been accepted as a vendor.
We maintain a Vendor Interest List and use it to communicate via email with prospective vendors who might be interested in participating in the Perry Hall High School PTSA Craft Fair, and other in-person an online selling opportunities for crafters. All on the list will be contacted annually with the date of the Craft Fair and to know when vendor registration opens. Join our list!
