Directions for how to select and pay for your location follow.
We encourage the participation of artists and crafters. The majority of items sold are handcrafted items. Although, we permit the participation of certain direct-sales companies. No flea market items are allowed.
Please review our Vendors Participation Terms & Conditions prior to applying for our Craft Fair and registering for your location.
Spaces range in size from small to extra-large and are available in the main hallway, high school gym, and cafeteria. Prices start at $40. View the Exhibitor Locations before choosing your spot and paying to reserve. As with recent craft fairs, shoppers will enter through the school’s main entrance, go through the cafeteria and then down to the gym prior to exiting through the Fine Arts Lobby, assuring all vendors receive the same amount of shopping traffic.
Exhibitor locations are available on a first come/first serve basis. Applications will be accepted until all spots are filled. Vendors will choose and reserve their location via the “Reserve Your Location” menu link on this website and pay via PayPal or credit card. A limited number of tables and chairs also are available to rent for the day.
If you are signing up late and there are no more locations available, we invite you to add your name to our “Vendor Waiting List” via the link in the menu bar. We often find availability opens up due to vendor cancellations as the Craft Fair nears. Those on the waiting list will be contacted about opportunities as they become available.
Once you reserve and pay for your location, we will review your application to make sure the products you plan to sell are appropriate per
our terms and conditions, or in the case of a direct-sales company, that we have not already accepted another seller from the same company. Our Craft Fair Coordinators will confirm your acceptance as a vendor via email. If for some
reason your vendor request is denied, you will be notified by email, and your payment will be refunded to you.
As the Craft Fair nears, we will be in touch
about how you can rent tables and chairs if you did not do so when reserving your location. We also will contact you about lunch options in case you would like to order in advance for delivery to your location.
A few days before the Craft Fair, we will follow up to let you know when you can arrive to set up your area, what entrance you are assigned, and how you should enter the building. It is very important that you check your email frequently over the weeks leading up to the Craft Fair for updates regarding these items and any policy changes coming from the school or Baltimore County Public Schools.
