Vendor Application

Thank you for reserving a space at Perry Hall High School PTSA’s Winter Arts & Crafts Fair. When you reserved your location you did not complete the Vendor Application. All reservations are pending until both payment and the Vendor Application are received and reviewed. You will be officially notified of your acceptance as a seller via an email from the Craft Fair Coordinators. If for some reason you paid for a location and your application is rejected, your payment will be refunded.
